About CEO

Dialor Didier Fall

Mr. Fall is the Founder and the CEO of Woco-Solar, the number one in energy solar in Guinea. Woco Solar is one of the rare companies in Guinea that provides solar energy and serves both the private and public sectors. Woco Solar furnishes and installs solar panels in the entire territory of Guinea and is currently in the process of expanding to the USA. In 2015, WOCO was certified by NYS MWBE. Furthermore, Woco Solar offers warranty and maintenance to all the products installed.

Mr. Fall is also an International Consultant who has consulted for Endeavor Energy since March 2015. He has been a leader and advocate for the West African community for over twenty years.  He has been working diligently to build bridges between investors from different countries and Guinea in the energy, mining, agriculture, and banking sectors.

He graduated from Ecole Normale Superieure de Maneah; Guinea with a Master’s degree in Science and a major in Biology and Chemistry. Mr. Fall has many years of experience in Business Management and has always been involved in different organizations. He was the Vice President of D&D International Corp.  He served on the Board of Directors for the International Management Group (IMG).  He is an active Board member of the New York State Institute on Disability Inc. (NYSID). He is the President of the North & South America of Guinea Confederation of Businesses; the Liaison between African investors in North and South America and the Guinean Confederation of America Functions. Last year he received an Award from Council Member Debi Rosa for his effort to help the Guinean communities in Staten Island, NY that were affected during the Ebola crisis. 

Mr. Fall speaks French, English, Sousou, Foula, and Malinke.  He is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather; married for twenty-nine years, he has five children and three grandchildren.
